PRIMARY PURPOSE

The SucessFactors Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and support of SuccessFactors in partnership with IT & Global Admin in close collaboration with HR Operations. Importantly, this role will be the single point-of-contact for key users, providing counsel and support on best practices, learning, and issue management. The SF Analyst will have an understanding of HR processes and policies.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all SuccessFactors modules (Goals/Performance, Recruitment, Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central, LMS, and Reporting)
  • Partner with HR process owners to define business requirements, and translate business needs into implementation plans, including project prioritization, scheduling and resource planning in partnership with IT team
  • Serve as steward of user experience for SuccessFactors; monitor system adoption and user feedback; ensure the development of processes, tools, support materials, and training to maximize system adoption.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements for the HR function with the goal of increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  • Lead the key users to maintain SuccessFactors
  • Maintain role-based permissions
  • Partner with IT & Global Admin for changes/improvements on various SuccessFactors modules and interfaces
  • Act as liaison between HR process owners and IT team.
  • Lead development of test procedures, participate in system testing prior to implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure a stable and well-functioning application in partnership with IT.
  • Provide support to end-users of SuccessFactors, answering questions, following up on any reported issues, and ensuring timely & reliable responses.
  • Keep up-to-date on SuccessFactors quarterly updates and releases
  • Support the continued development of HRIS methodologies, tools and best practices within the company.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have experience with SuccessFactors
  • 2+ years of relevant SuccessFactors experience with support, implementations, and enhancements for a variety of SuccessFactors modules
  • 4+ years’ experience preferred with any type of HRIS administration & support (could be any combination of SuccessFactors, Oracle, or PeopleSoft experience)
  • Understanding of HR systems & procedures, and how they fit into SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of payroll interfaces
  • Must be able to professionally manage confidential information
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
