eBusiness Analyst – Atlanta, GA



Reporting into the Marketing organization, the eBusiness Analyst will be responsible for achieving ARAUCO’s goals of improving the customer experience and increasing sales team effectiveness through implementing the company’s overall eBusiness strategy and platform roadmaps.  As the Product Owner, serve as the liaison between our customers, business teams, and IT organization.  Areas of responsibility include managing our eCommerce customer portal and CRM platform.



  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements collected from internal subject matter experts and key customer users.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
  • Provide the development team with timely feedback and lead the User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Setup new users, develop training materials and conduct training sessions in order to assist with new user adoption. 
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance. Work with IT on bug fixes and ongoing enhancements.
  • Serve as a system administrator and handle all day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Provide input on overall eBusiness strategy and platform roadmaps.



  • BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing B2B eCommerce customer portals, CRM platforms, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Work well with others in a collaborative team environment


Plus (Not Required):

  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
