Pay and Benefits

  • Competitive Wages – $17.43
  • Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance. We also offer 401k with employer matching, gain sharing/profit sharing, short term disability, optional long-term disability, and tuition assistance.

Schedule

  • Production schedule runs in 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights).
  • Workdays vary each week, with a monthly schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (rotate between days and nights every two weeks).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shippers perform any related warehouse duties such as trash removal, pulling of samples, warehousing, and other tasks as needed. Compensation progression is based on your growth in contributing to the Team's success through learning additional Roles and Advanced Team Skills, etc.
  • Shippers are responsible for housekeeping and maintaining clean trucks and rail docks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Understands, follows and participates in all safety procedures.
  • Minimum of 6 months in mill driving experience or 1 year outside forklift driving experience necessary
  • Self-Motivated
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Must Be Organized
  • Detail Orientated
  • Over-Time As Needed
  • Availability to adapt to temporary schedule changes
  • Able and willing to work a Graveyard or swing/day rotation.
